Below is a list forwarded to us by the cleaning crew of damages that occurred at the house during your stay. We have been able to fix most everything at this point, which is great. Our caretaker, the cleaning crew of 3 experience women, and myself are at every turnover and are very detailed in making sure things are tip top for the next guests, so we are usually pretty good at spotting damages. You had mentioned that you thought some of this was done before you arrived. Please let me know about that and we'll look into it.
We do understand that things happen when you get a large group of people together on vacation, having fun. We very rarely deduct anything from security deposits, but this really was excessive. I have itemized the deductions next to the items listed below and summarized at the bottom.

Hi G I wanted to email you to let you know the condition of the house after the guests that were there this past weekend.Here is a list of things that were either broke or damaged.
1. 2 stains on carpet in cinema room (appears to be red wine stains) $250 for all stains
2. Leather Furniture in theater stained with red wine.
3 . Stain on carpet in room upstairs in the bedroom on the right.
4 . Showers hooks broken off the curtain in bathroom on bottom level. $25 trip to store and new hooks
5 . 2 towels stained and are not usable anymore (used to try to clean up red wine?) $25 new towels purchased
6 . Little chair in livingroom broke $25 - not fixable (it was a $75 chair)
7 . A sheet stained ( king) $40 sheet replaced
8 . Broken glass on the floor
9 . Window in hot tub room broke (I don't believe this was your fault but rather high winds)
10 . Sofa in the pool area broke on the bottom. (looks like they were jumping on it) $250 - This is a valuable antique and was professionally repaired. 8 screws were ripped out of the sofa. Someone must have been jumping on it to do such damage.
11. Salt and Pepper guys missing
12. Theater chair arm broken off $10 quick fix
13. Leg on couch in living room broken $25 quick fix
14. Butcher Block in the kitchen stained (burned?) in several places $75 sand down and refinish
15. toilet paper holder in downstairs bath broken
16. several cup holders broken
17. Cigarette Butts littered all over outside and on deck $60 - butts cleaned up at $30/hr for 2 hrs by the caretaker. Note the house rules state cleaned up at min charge of $50/hr
18. Dining room Chair broken $30 repair still pending
19. Pool table cloth messed/dirty $40 professionally cleaned (reported as bodily fluids)
20. Finish removed from a section of the end table top in the far right bedroom on the bottom floor. Not yet repaired
These other things i have down here are things that were not broke but, should not have happened. 3 loads of towels and that makes it harder for us to get all the laundry done in the 5 hours we are there to clean,both the dishwashers were full of dishes and not washed aside from the pots and pans,glasses,utensils,ect left on the counter not washed,popcorn popper filled with popcorn and butter not used,front door and hot tub door wide opened, windows were open, the hot tub was half empty with so much water having overflowed that furniture is frozen into the ice now formed on the patio under the deck, and we have been here for 61/2 hours x 3 people and we have to go back up to finish, i have worked at this house for over a year now and i have never seen it this dirty and disrespected ever. I understand that when you have a lot of people some things little things like a glass will get broke but, this was absolutely just not respected at all.
